What is ChamBURGER Month?

A month-long celebration of local flavour

ChamBURGER Month is a community-wide burger competition. Throughout October, participating Salmon Arm restaurants each put forward one signature burger — and it's the public who decides the winners. Every vote counts, and every voter has a chance to win.

Drop in on participating ChamBURGER restaurants any time between October 1 and 31.

STEP 02

Taste

Order their featured ChamBURGER creation — built specially for the competition.

STEP 03

Vote

Pick your favourite in each of the three categories before October 31 at 11:59 PM.

STEP 04

Win

Every completed ballot is entered into the draw for one of three $100 gift cards.

Coupon books are available through the Salmon Arm Chamber of Commerce. Each coupon is redeemable for one $20 ChamBURGER at any participating restaurant.
Prefer to pay at the table? Walk in and order the ChamBURGER straight off the menu at the same $20 price. No coupon needed.
Either way, you can vote. Voting is open to everyone — you don't need a coupon to have your say.

The competition

Three titles up for grabs

Vote for your favourite participating restaurant in each of the three categories. Three restaurants will be named category winners, and three $100 gift cards will be awarded to voters in one random draw. Each gift card will be valid only at the restaurant that won its respective category.

Best tasting burger

The one you'd drive across town for. Pure flavour, judged on the first bite and the last.

Best presentation

The burger that stops you before you eat it. Plating, stacking, and everything on the side.

Most unique burger

The one nobody saw coming. Unexpected builds, bold combinations, genuine invention.
