We are a small specialty coffee raoster. We are Certified Organic and Licensed Fair Trade. We do not warehouse our raosted coffee and we personally deliver. 75% of our beans are from Cafe Femenino; a women's cooperative, run by women in 8 different countries in Central and South America. They receive Fair Trade prices as well as an additional 2 cents per pound. The Shuswap Company takes 12.5 cents per pound and puts it into our pay-it-forwards fund which then goes to support local women's charities as well as the Cafe Femenino Foundation. To date: over $8000. |
