Canoe Creek Golf Course is a splendid 7090 yard, par 72 Championship course encompassing 125 acres of scenic farmland and forest. The North Nine is built on gentle rolling slopes, capturing the picturesque setting of the natural marshes and native grasses. The South Nine takes in a more aggressive terrain at the toe of Mt. Ida. Canoe Creek winds its way in and around several of the holes and is the dominant feature of the course. A Dave Barr Signature Course, Canoe Creek offers an unparalleled experience for any golfer. Crazy Creek Waterfalls and Suspension Bridge is located on the Trans Canada Highway 33km east of Sicamous. The grandeur of high mountain wilderness country is made more accessible by the newly constructed boardwalks leading to viewing platforms. During the summer months the waterfalls and suspension bridge are open from 8 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. The boardwalks are lit and the waterfall is flooded with lights enhancing its beauty in the evening. |
